Nestled in the lush green valleys of Araku, Paderu and Chinthapalli, Araku Aadivaasi Pragathi Kendra (AAPK) is a non-profit trust working for the upliftment and empowerment of tribal communities.
Our mission is to create a future where tribal families thrive with better education, healthcare, livelihoods, and opportunities, while preserving their unique cultural identity and rich natural heritage.

Our Founder’s Vision

Sri Kunapareddy Ramesh Babu,

AAPK was established by Sri Kunapareddy Ramesh Babu, a Retired Bank Manager, who envisioned transforming the lives of tribals in the Araku region without compromising their cultural roots.
Together with like-minded supporters, he continues to guide AAPK towards a self-reliant and prosperous tribal society.
